It's 11 years old so I have no idea how old the battery as I only bought it a year ago. I had a Gearbox Fault today. That was a new one. Came on with the ignition, switched ignition off and on and the fault cleared. On the subject of batteries. How the hell do you get it out? (1.6 HDi)
Hi. I bought a new C4 Grand Picasso in January and am happy with it. However, the automatic gear change between 1 and 2; 2 and 3 is slow, so much so, that I change to manual for these gears and then switch back to automatic when in 3rd. Basically when it decided to change, the revs drop substantially while it changes and is slow to pick up again.
I have a 2011 C4 GRAND PICASSO 1.6HDI. Back in February when we had the cold snap, I had intermittent starting issues, which sounded like the starter motor was struggling but would eventually start with a few on off of the key.
